The Shaun Lincoln group has extensive experience of working with senior leadership and executive teams both in the private and public sector. The kind of teamwork we do includes team coaching, team building/development, team effectiveness, team facilitation and conflict resolution.
Our work is primarily with intact teams, both experienced and new. However we also work with cross-organisational teams using techniques such as coaching, action learning and Insights Discovery for teams.

What we do is bespoke to each team we work with, depending on where they currently are as a team and where they want or need to be. We often work with teams to maximise how they perform in meetings and how they can set an example for positive change in their organisation. We also work with teams to make them even better at what they do and to all pull in the same direction rather than as a collection of individuals. This often means helping teams become high performing or outstanding in what they do, and at times includes reducing conflict or tensions.
We find that making leaders and team members aware of the impact they have on others is often pivotal to team development. For this reason a key tool we use with senior leadership and executive teams is Insights Discovery. Insights Discovery helps team members reflect and become more aware of their own and their colleague’s preferences in how they work with others, process information and make decisions. This increased self and team awareness can then be used to bring about simple, but highly beneficial changes that can have a significant impact on how they work together as a team.
We also use proven and highly effective longer term team development techniques such as action learning and/or team coaching to then sustain this team progress.
